Black & Gold Oil

Black & Gold is produced from our East Lothian farm. Our original oil which we first pressed in 2010 is commended by Michelin star chef Stuart Muir of Dine Edinburgh and Head Chef Robert Meldrum of Harvey Nichols Edinburgh. They love it for its colour, flavour and provenance. We also make a piquant vinaigrette - a simple complement to vegetables, salad and very delicious drizzled before baking a salmon steak.
